"My granddad (Howard Taulton) is one of my all-time heroes. He would say he had a lot of irons in the fire when things got busy. I know now just what he meant. These days, I am involved with several musical projects as I love live music!!! I currently play acoustic guitar and sing lead for the eclectic Country/Rock/Pop/Swing act, THE C STREET RAMBLERS. In addition, I represent half of the following duos, TKO (Taulton-Kay Offering) with Jon Kay, (Taulton-Beard) with Paul Beard, THC (Taulton-Hooper Connection) with Dale Hooper and TBD (Taulton-Bonham Duo) with Brian Bonham! THE ANTIETAM GENERALS continue to roll out a few dates each year with a very talented lineup including: Dale Hooper, Ragan Potts and Jon Kay. I also play bass for Paul Beard’s bluegrass band, LONGMEADOW MINING COMPANY featuring Beard and banjo master Matt Hickman! I am currently the bass player for DAWN RIX BAND featuring Nashville Singer/Songwriter Dawn Rix. I have a weekly gig at Robinwood Church, Hagerstown, MD with GREATER. And finally, I maintain my solo acoustic schedule, which highlights my songwriting and eclectic covers. I am very fortunate to be associated with some of the finest musicians in the four-state region of Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
